Negotiation
Negotiation training by industry
A supplier negotiation in machinery, a framework agreement in retail and a variation on a construction site follow the same logic: concessions only against something in return. What differs are the levers, the deadlines and who at the table is even allowed to decide.
The scenarios cover both sides — procurement and sales. The other side does not give in to pressure or persistence, only to a credible alternative, a real concession or a contractual basis.

Common questions
Why does a team need industry-specific training?
Levers, deadlines and decision rights differ. A variation on a construction site follows different rules than an annual review in retail. The logic — a concession only against something in return — stays; the lever does not.
My industry is missing — what then?
The scenario generator builds a fitting conversation from a short description, even without a finished industry page. Role, counterpart and the point of conflict are enough; character, goals and evaluation criteria are created from that automatically.
Can the scenarios be adapted to our negotiations?
Yes. Your own contract positions, typical levers and the language at the table are stored, then the other side negotiates in your context instead of sample phrasing.
How does a team get started?
Individuals can start immediately; three conversations a month are free. For teams, conversations are sequenced into learning paths and assigned; completion is visible per member, conversation content stays with the user.
The difficult conversation will happen anyway. The only question is whether you are leading it for the first time.
Pick an industry, speak for ten minutes — and you will know where you stand.
