Yes. With the Free plan you can start right away, no credit card required. You get 3 full training conversations with AI characters, including detailed feedback after each conversation. The 3 conversations never expire – you can use them whenever you like and take your time to see how AI-powered conversation training works in practice. If you want to continue afterwards, simply choose the plan that fits your training needs. Upgrading is possible at any time and takes effect immediately.

The main differences are training volume and feature set. Free gives you 3 conversations to get started, Basic offers 15 conversations per month for occasional preparation, Pro includes 40 conversations with extended progress tracking and personalized learning recommendations, and Unlimited allows unlimited training with no quota limits. From Basic onwards you get access to leadership and sales training scenarios, detailed performance evaluations, and the AI Role-play Generator – which lets you create custom scenarios for your specific conversation situations. Pro and Unlimited also include access to all premium scenarios, progress tracking over time, and priority support. For most users who want to train regularly, the Pro plan is the best choice.

Once you’ve used all conversations in your plan, your access is paused until the next billing period. Your quota is reset automatically every month on your billing date. If you need more conversations in the meantime, you can upgrade to a higher plan at any time. The upgrade takes effect immediately and you receive the new quota right away. A downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing period so you can use the time you’ve already paid for.

Yes. For teams of 10+ users we offer dedicated business plans with features beyond the individual plans. These include central user management, an HR analytics dashboard, learning path assignments for employees, skill gap analysis at team level, and export options for HR reporting. For larger organizations from 50 users we add enterprise features: custom scenarios with company context, AI customization to company guidelines, Single Sign-On, and a dedicated account manager. All data is hosted exclusively on secure servers in Germany and stored encrypted. The platform is fully GDPR-compliant and meets the strictest European data protection requirements. Conversation content is not shared with third parties and is not used to train AI models. For companies this means: sensitive leadership and sales scenarios can be trained safely, without confidential information leaving the protected environment.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as SEPA direct debit in Europe. Billing is monthly. For business plans we also offer annual billing with invoicing.

Yes. The platform covers both training areas. In leadership training you practice conversations such as feedback discussions, difficult conversations, conflict resolution, or employee development. In sales training you practice first meetings, needs analysis, handling objections, price negotiations, and closing situations. In both areas the AI characters respond dynamically to how you lead the conversation – there is no fixed script. After each conversation you receive a detailed evaluation with concrete improvement suggestions. All plans include access to scenarios from both training areas so you can switch flexibly between leadership and sales topics.
