Yes, the dashboard offers flexible filtering options. You can filter by training type (Leadership, Sales, Customer Service, Interviews), by team or department, by location, or by custom groups. For example, you can view only the sales activities in the North region or only the leadership training for middle management. In the Enterprise package, you can save your own filters as dashboards.
What data can HR see in the analytics dashboard, and which data remains private?
HR sees aggregated metrics: training frequency, completion rates, average scores per competency, and development over time. What HR does not see: individual conversation transcripts, verbatim statements, or detailed feedback on specific sessions. This balance is intentional: HR receives enough data for informed decisions without making employees feel monitored.
How can I compare the ROI of different training programs?
The dashboard provides you with comparative data for all training programs. You can see how many sessions were completed per program, track the development of competencies, and correlate this data with external KPIs—such as sales completion rates, employee satisfaction among leadership, or customer satisfaction in service. Can sales managers only see their team's data?
Yes, the permission system is role-based. Sales managers can only see the data of their sales teams, while department heads can only access their own department's information.
