Are conversation contents stored, and who has access to them?
Conversation transcripts are stored to provide you with feedback and development analyses. Access is strictly regulated: only you can view your complete transcripts. Supervisors and HR only see aggregated metrics, not individual conversation content. For AI evaluation, the data is anonymized. You can request the deletion of your conversation data at any time.
Does Careertrainer use my training conversations to train its own AI?
No, not without your explicit consent. In standard mode, your conversations are used solely for your personal feedback. If you wish to support the development of our AI, you can opt-in for anonymized data usage. You can revoke this decision at any time. For enterprise customers, there is an option to disable this company-wide.
What data protection certifications does Careertrainer have?
Our infrastructure is hosted in data centers certified to ISO 27001 – the international standard for information security management systems. We conduct regular penetration tests and have our data protection processes audited by external reviewers.
