How many conversations do I get with the free plan?

With the free plan, you can have a total of 3 conversations. This is perfect for getting to know the platform and seeing how AI-powered conversation training works. These 3 conversations don't expire – you can use them anytime.

What happens when I've used up my monthly quota?

Once you've used all the conversations in your plan, you can upgrade to a higher plan at any time. For paid plans, your quota resets every month on your billing date.

Can I change my plan at any time?

Yes, you can switch between plans at any time. When upgrading, the new plan becomes active immediately. When downgrading, the new plan takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

How does Careertrainer ensure data privacy?

Data protection is our highest priority. All data is hosted on secure servers in Germany, and all conversation data is stored encrypted. We strictly adhere to GDPR guidelines.
