No – and that is not the goal. The AI Coach is a supplementary tool for everyday use when you need quick input or want to reflect on a situation. For in-depth personal development, strategic career planning, or very complex organizational issues, a human coach is still valuable. However, for 90% of everyday questions – 'How do I handle this employee?', 'Was my reaction appropriate?', 'How do I prepare for this sales conversation?', 'How do I de-escalate this customer?' – the AI Coach is faster, more cost-effective, and often just as helpful.
How secure are my conversations with the AI Coach?
All conversations are private and visible only to you – not to HR, not to supervisors, not to colleagues. Data is stored in compliance with GDPR on EU servers and transmitted securely. In the Enterprise package, anonymized aggregate data (e.g., 'How many leaders use the coach per week?') can be reported to HR – but never conversation content or personal details. The AI models (Claude, GPT) process your inputs solely for response generation; there is no training of the models with your data.

Yes. The coach possesses foundational knowledge of various industries and the typical challenges in leadership, sales, and customer service. How does the memory function work? What does the coach 'remember'?
The coach has access to: (1) All previous chat histories with you – he can review past conversations and establish connections. (2) Your performance data from training – he knows which competencies you excel in and where you need further development (e.g., skill gap analysis). For executives: empathy, conversation management, conflict resolution. For sales: handling objections, needs analysis, closing techniques. For customer support: de-escalation, solution orientation, customer retention. (3) Contextual information you have provided (team size, industry, experience level, sales products, customer types). He uses this information for personalized recommendations.
Can I also use the Coach via Slack?
Yes, the AI Coach is also available as a Slack integration. You can message it directly in Slack—via direct message or in a private channel. You can switch between the web interface and Slack—conversations are synchronized across both platforms.
What does the AI coach cost?
The AI Coach is part of the Pro Plan (€40/month per user) – offering unlimited conversations, full access to Memory, and Performance Analytics. How quickly does the AI Coach respond?
The response time typically ranges from 3 to 8 seconds, depending on the complexity of your question. Short, simple questions are answered in 2 to 3 seconds. If you describe a very detailed situation and the coach analyzes your performance data, it may take up to 10 seconds. However, even that is significantly faster than waiting for a human coach. Plus, the coach responds instantly, whether it's 3 AM or Sunday afternoon.
Can I also use the coach for team-related questions?
Absolutely. The coach assists in all team contexts: Leadership (team dynamics, conflicts, motivation, remote leadership), Sales (sales team performance, joint sales strategy, account management), and Customer Support (escalation management, knowledge transfer, service level improvement). You describe the situation ("My sales team is losing too many deals in the final phase" or "My support team has high turnover due to stress"), and the coach analyzes it and provides concrete steps. What happens to the conversations if I cancel?
If you cancel or your company ends the subscription, you have 30 days to download your chat history (as a PDF or text file). After that, all conversations will be deleted from our systems, including all backups. We do not retain any content after the subscription ends. Your performance data (skill scores from training) will also be deleted unless you export it beforehand. In the case of Enterprise, HR may retain anonymized aggregate reports (e.g., 'Average Usage per Month'), but no individual conversation content.
