You get a customized AI scenario for your leadership challenges in half an hour. We start with your concrete situations – whether feedback conversations, conflict resolution, or onboarding. Then we create an AI character live that simulates exactly this situation. You test the scenario directly and experience how realistically the AI reacts. At the end you have a concrete pilot plan for your company.

The 4-week pilot for 5-10 leaders costs €2,900. The package includes: custom scenarios based on your leadership situations, personal onboarding for all participants, and joint success measurement after completion. You define 2-3 KPIs in advance that we evaluate after 4 weeks. No hidden costs, no automatic renewal.

ChatGPT is a chatbot – Careertrainer.ai is a specialized training platform for leaders. Three key differences: First, our AI characters have consistent personalities (based on Myers-Briggs) and react emotionally realistically throughout the conversation. Second, you receive structured feedback according to scientific criteria. Third, we offer HR analytics with team overviews and skill gap analyses – no general chatbot can do that.

In the HR dashboard you see competency development, skill gaps, and training intensity in real-time. For the pilot we jointly define 2-3 concrete KPIs – typically conversation quality (measured by AI feedback score), training frequency, and subjective self-assessment of leaders. After 4 weeks we evaluate these KPIs together and you see where the training is effective.

GDPR compliant, hosting in Germany, no use for AI training. Training conversations are not used to improve our AI and can be deleted at any time upon request. For enterprise customers we additionally offer Single Sign-On (SSO) and dedicated instances with enhanced security options.
